Organic beans sourced from farmers in specialized region, these grade- A vanilla bean will elevate your own baking (as it has ours). We use these extra fresh beans to provide optimal flavor and to make our homemade vanilla extract. Similar to coffee and chocolate, vanilla beans take on the taste of the soil and climate where they are grown and the method of which it is cured: traditional sun curing or bourbon.

Mexican: grown in birthplace of vanilla! Traditional sun curing method of drying the beans, rich and smooth with subtle tones of spice and smoke.

Papua New Guinea (PNG): bourbon curing method of drying the beans, fragrance note of cream, caramel, and dried fruit.

Tahitian: bourbon cured, fragrance note of flowery, fruity, cream, caramel with a hint of lightness. Best in light application such as fruit based desserts.

Ugandan: bourbon cured, fragrance note of chocolate and smoke.

Madagascar: bourbon cured, most well known vanilla bean, fragrance note of rich, woody and caramel flavor.
